  1. This statement describes the Raffle It Limited ("us", "we", "our") policy and practices with regard to our processing of information relating to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information and other information that is held or is likely to be held by us ("Personal Information").

Where you enter a raffle and take receipt of a Reward Voucher, your Personal Information may be passed to the provider of the Reward Voucher and they may use this information to communicate with you. In these circumstances, we recommend that Unsubscribe links be included in such communications.
  5. In addition, where you enter a raffle and tick a box during the registration process allowing your Personal Information to be passed to a third party, your Personal Information will be passed to that third party and they may use this information to communicate with you.

Except to the extent that we are required or permitted by law, or under this Privacy Policy, any Personal Information which we collect will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services as set out in our User Agreement. We will not hold Personal Information for any longer than is necessary for these purposes.
  7. When you view our website, www.raffle.it or its subdomains, ("Site"), we may store some information on your computer. This will be in the form of a "cookie" file to store information relating to your preferences to enable us to improve our services to you.
  8. The Site uses the ClickTale web analytics service. ClickTale may record mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling activity, as well as any text you type into the Site. ClickTale does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in the Site, nor is sensitive, personal or financial information collected. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use ClickTale services. We are using the information collected by the ClickTale service to provide an improved user experience when visiting the Site. Information collected is not passed on to third parties.   13. We regard our database of customer information (which may include your Personal Information) as a business asset.
