- This statement describes the Raffle It Limited ("us", "we", "our") policy and practices with regard to our processing of information relating to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information and other information that is held or is likely to be held by us ("Personal Information").

these circumstances we recommend that Unsubscribe links be included in

- In addition, where you enter a raffle and tick a box during the
registration process allowing your Personal Information to be passed
to a third party, your Personal Information will be passed to that
third party and they may use this information to communicate with you.

under this Privacy Policy, any Personal Information which we collect
will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services as set
out in our User Agreement. We will not hold Personal Information for
any longer than is necessary for these purposes.
- When you view our website, www.raffle.it, ("Site"), we may store some information on your computer. This will be in the form of a "cookie" file to store information relating to your preferences to enable us to improve our services to you.
- The Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned by us. We are not responsible for the content of such sites or for the privacy policy of such sites or for Personal Information which such sites may collect and use or place on your computer.

Your request must be accompanied by a cheque for £10.00 made payable to Raffle It Limited. We will acknowledge your request within 30 days. Should we be prevented from disclosing your Personal Information for any reason(s), then we will share the reason(s) with you.

We may request that you provide further information and identification to enable us to comply with your request.
